MLC Consulting Limited ('we,' 'our,' or 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data when you visit mlcc.solutions (the 'Website').

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Booking — when you book via Amelia on booking.mlcc.solutions, we collect your name, email address, and booking details.
• Ebook Signup — your email address when you request our free resources.
• Data Maturity Assessment — when you complete our assessment we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) company name, together with your assessment answers. We use these to email you your PDF report and to follow up on your interest in our services.

When you complete the assessment you can also opt in (unchecked by default) to receive occasional data insights and news from us. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time; receiving your assessment report does not depend on it.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No cookie consent banner is required.

We use the following third-party processors to operate the Website and deliver our services:

• Amelia (WordPress) for booking.
• Resend for transactional emails, including delivery of your assessment report.
• Cloudflare (Workers) to process assessment submissions.
• Airtable to store assessment leads for follow-up.
• Plausible for analytics.
• Hostinger for hosting.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
